About & Process

Three steps, and the order is the whole thing

Most marketing spends first and learns second. This runs the other way around: find the words that mean money, find the people saying them right now, and only then spend a dollar. Each step below is only worth doing once the one above it is done.

The foundation

Money words

Every business has a short list of words that actually connect it to the people who buy from it. Not the words the industry uses internally, and not the words that happen to have search volume — the direct words a real customer types when they have a problem your business solves. Knowing those words with certainty is the foundation. Everything downstream is built on it, and anything built on a guess inherits the guess.

Around the direct words sit the adjacent words — the phrases a buyer uses on the way to the decision, before they know your category by name. They are cheaper, less contested, and they reach the same person earlier. That is where cost per acquisition actually falls: not by bidding harder on the obvious term, but by being there for the term nobody else thought to buy.

Then there is timing, which is the part most businesses never get to. The same word is worth very different amounts depending on when it is said. Caught at full intent — the moment someone is actively looking rather than idly browsing — one word does the work of a hundred impressions. That is the power in it: fewer touches, less waste, and a shorter path from first contact to a customer.

The compounding effect is not just a cheaper click. It reduces operational strain, because your team stops chasing people who were never going to buy. It reduces expenses and overall marketing dollars, because the spend concentrates where it converts. And it increases profitability, because the same revenue arrives for less money.

This is why it has to come first. Scaling a business on top of the wrong words does not reveal the mistake — it multiplies it. Getting the foundation right before you scale is the difference between growth and an expensive lesson.

The engine

The Predictive Data model

Once you know your money words, they go into the Predictive Data model. It determines, in real time, who has high intent right now — who is actively looking for those words today rather than at some point in the past. That is the next critical piece, and on its own it changes what every marketing dollar is capable of.

From there you can do a great many things with it. The most direct is outreach across the paid platforms: while consumers are on their own platforms shopping for anything at all, your offer appears in front of them — at a far lower rate than conventional targeting, and with a path back to you in real time.

Two signals sit behind that placement. The model predicts who will be a buyer at some point in the future, and the high-intent tagging says who is in market right now. Between the two, with your money words as the anchor, you get a perfect triangulation — a defined, reachable audience rather than a demographic guess.

Predicted buyersWho the model says will buy, ahead of them knowing it.
High intent, nowWho is actively searching those words today.

The result is an unfair advantage, and it is worth being plain about why: laser-focused marketing that only spends dollars on what will yield a high-intent result. Cost per acquisition goes down. Profitability goes up.

And from there, that is genuinely all you need. Hand it to your CMO, your marketing team, your experience officers — this alone lowers cost per acquisition, reduces operational strain, and increases profitability. You do not need step three to benefit from step two.

Optional — if you want it run for you

Full service outreach

If you need someone to actually do the outreach, we run it. The system is built for high deliverability and high outreach volume — the two things that usually fight each other — and it adds a unique way to monetize the traffic by leveraging the R0cketShip platform and Keyword Calls.

This step is a choice, not a requirement. Plenty of businesses take steps one and two to their own team and never need us again. This is for the ones who would rather hand over the execution.
